Construction Manager - Parkland Golf and Country Club | WCI Communities, Inc. | Coral Springs, FL WCI: The experience is everything. Over 30 luxury communities in Florida and growing. Primary Function: Schedule, supervise, and inspect all assigned homes from start through completion of walk through list. Each home constructed should be delivered on time, on budget and according to established quality standards. The select individual will schedule all work to be performed to ensure that all closing and completion dates are met; maintain allotted build time. (Maintain production schedule and walk book); inspect each phase of work to insure all work is performed; approve all subcontractor invoices, signing only when 100% complete; perform customer walk through upon the completion of the home; manage all subcontractors; review IOC/Options with subcontractors; maintain OSHA safety standards. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires an bachelor's degree (or technical school degree); the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization; computer proficiency; and knowledge of construction field.
