Position Requirements: Technical degree or equivalent work experience; Minimum of three (3) years Class A building maintenance experience; Knowledge of building operating systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, emergency power and water supply); Demonstrated experience in a modern specialized building environment; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; BAS and PC skills; Customer service and project management experience. Essential Job Functions You will participate in the installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of all HVAC, water, building automation, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Assist in the oversight of the building's generators, security features, UPS, fire/life safety systems, card access, VFD's, CMMS, kitchen equipment and other associated building equipment.
